Executive Presence Coaching

You Can Do the Job. Can the Room Tell?

“She’s not quite ready yet.”

Executive presence is one of those phrases that gets thrown around in performance reviews right before a promotion mysteriously goes to someone else. “She’s not quite ready yet.” “He needs more gravitas.” “There’s just… something missing.”

Nobody ever tells you what the something is. That’s because it’s not one thing — it’s how you walk in, how you’re heard, how your name gets remembered after you leave the room. And here’s the part most leadership advice gets wrong: presence isn’t a personality you’re born with. It’s a story you’re telling, whether you’ve written it on purpose or not.

I spent two decades building brand stories for a living. Now I help executives build theirs.

From Boardrooms to Brand Decks — Now to You

I’m Andie, an ICF-certified Leadership and Executive Coach with two decades in marketing and media, most recently as a VP at Publicis Groupe. Before I coached leaders, I built narratives for some of the biggest brands in the world — figuring out what makes an audience lean in, trust a message, and remember it.

Turns out, the skills that make a brand unforgettable are the same ones that make a leader unforgettable: clarity, consistency, and a story that’s actually true to who you are.

That’s the lens I bring to executive presence coaching. This isn’t about coaching you into a more “polished” version of yourself, whatever that means. It’s about helping you find your voice — the real one — and use it with the kind of confidence that makes a room sit up.

Together, we’ll work on:

  • Owning the room without performing confidence you don’t feel — presence that holds up under pressure, not just in rehearsed moments
  • Communicating with clarity and authority — so people remember what you said, not just that you said something
  • Quieting imposter syndrome — recognizing it for what it is, not evidence you don’t belong
  • Crafting your executive narrative — the story of your leadership that you control, instead of the one left to assumption
  • Reading and commanding a room — from the boardroom to the keynote stage to the one-on-one that decides your next promotion
  • Aligning how you show up with who you actually are — presence that doesn’t require a costume change every morning

How We’ll Work Together

1- The Clarity Session

We start with an honest conversation — no fluff, no forced vulnerability, just a smart diagnostic of where you are, where you’re stuck, and where you actually want to go. Think of it as a strategy meeting with someone who’s finally on your side of the table.

2. Your Personalized Coaching Plan

Not a generic 12-step framework lifted from a leadership seminar circa 2011. We build around your role, your industry, your calendar, and your goals — whether that’s a promotion, a pivot, a founder journey, or simply surviving Q4 with your sanity intact.

3. Ongoing 1:1 Coaching

Regular sessions (virtual, because your schedule is not a suggestion) where we work through real situations as they happen — the board meeting, the negotiation, the difficult direct report, the moment you almost said “sorry to bother you” in an email you didn’t need to apologize for.

Who This Is For

This coaching is built for women who:

  • Are technically excellent but sense that how they’re perceived doesn’t match how good they actually are
  • Are stepping into bigger, more visible roles — a promotion, a board seat, a public-facing position — and want to walk in ready
  • Struggle with imposter syndrome in rooms where everyone assumes they belong except them
  • Want a coach who understands both the psychology of leadership and the mechanics of a compelling story

Why The Nice Leader

Because presence built on suppression doesn’t hold up under pressure — and everyone can tell the difference between confidence and performance.

I don’t coach clients to imitate a leadership archetype that isn’t theirs. I coach them to find the version of authority that’s actually true to who they are, and then help them tell that story with clarity and consistency — the same way I’d build a brand strategy, except the brand is you.

You already have the substance. Let’s make sure the room can see it.
