The long way around

For twenty-plus years, I was the “pitch whisperer” everyone depended on—the one who could walk into any Fortune 500 boardroom and make magic happen. I partnered with Disney, Coca-Cola, NBCUniversal, and built a reputation for getting results. But here’s what the LinkedIn profile didn’t capture: I had completely lost control of my own story. Like so many accomplished women, I had become exceptional at delivering for everyone else while my own dreams gathered dust. I could craft compelling narratives for billion-dollar brands, but I couldn’t answer the most basic questions about what I actually wanted from my career. Then I met my own executive coach, and she asked me questions I couldn’t answer—which, for someone who built a career on having all the answers, was both terrifying and transformational.

That work changed everything.

I realized that all those years of navigating complex corporate dynamics, managing difficult personalities, and finding my voice weren’t detours from my ideal career and personal life—they were a preparation for it. Now I get to do work that matters with women who inspire me daily, helping accomplished executives and leaders reclaim their careers, develop unshakeable presence, and design professional lives that actually energize them instead of depleting them.
